Terms of service
1. About us
This website is operated by CosyPaw, 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at contact@cosypaw.co.uk.
2. Using our website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over to place an order. Please don't use the website for anything unlawful or in a way that could damage it or other users.
3. Products
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. If you shop in another currency, the converted price is shown on the site and at checkout, and you'll be charged the amount shown at checkout. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Your order
After you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud; if so, we'll refund you in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and your rights
Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Discount codes and offers
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with them, can't be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.
9. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is genuine and your own, and you allow us to display it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or not related to our products.
10. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
11. Privacy
How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we'll do our best to resolve it.
